1. Agreement

By accessing Erfüllen, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use Erfüllen on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

Erfüllen provides software tools for AI inventory management, EU AI Act risk classification, compliance readiness tracking, evidence management, AI-assisted document drafting, MLOps integration monitoring, reporting, and related operational workflows.

3. Erfüllen Engine and AI Providers

Erfüllen includes the Erfüllen Engine, the underlying compliance reasoning and drafting layer. The Erfüllen Engine may use Claude by Anthropic and Gemini by Google to generate AI-assisted classifications, reasoning, document drafts, summaries, and workflow content. AI-assisted output is generated from your submitted system metadata, evidence, and configuration. You must review and approve output before using it for regulatory, contractual, customer, or legal purposes.

4. No Legal Advice

Erfüllen is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Risk tiers, controls, compliance scores, generated Annex IV drafts, FRIA drafts, summaries, and reports are workflow aids. Your organization remains responsible for legal interpretation, regulatory submissions, conformity assessment decisions, and final documentation.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate AI system information, lawful evidence uploads, user role management, human review, security of your account, connected integrations, and deciding whether your AI system can be placed on the market, deployed, monitored, or registered.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer protected components, or use Erfüllen to make automated legal or regulatory filings without appropriate human review.

7. Generated Documents and Attribution

Document drafts may display attribution such as "AI-assisted draft generated by the Erfüllen Engine" and may identify underlying AI providers such as Claude or Gemini where appropriate. This supports transparency for AI-generated content and reminds users that review is required before filing or submission.

8. Integrations

If you connect MLOps tools, you authorize Erfüllen to receive and process webhook events, model metadata, registry details, stage changes, metric events, and related signals needed to provide monitoring and reassessment workflows.

9. Plans, Billing, and Availability

Features may vary by plan. Paid plans, trials, limits, support levels, and integration availability may be updated from time to time. We aim to operate the service reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erfüllen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for regulatory outcomes resulting from inaccurate inputs, unreviewed AI output, omitted evidence, or customer decisions.
