How Erfüllen hosts workspace data, evidence files, generated documents, and audit logs in the European Union.

Primary region
Erfüllen's primary compliance data plane is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1). This includes workspace and membership records, AI system metadata, evidence files, generated documents, audit logs, and private storage for compliance exports.

What may leave the primary EU vault
When you use the Erfüllen Engine, transactional email, or billing features, limited data may be processed by additional providers outside the primary EU vault. See the Sub-processors Disclosure and Architecture.
Workspace region label
The workspace "Primary region" selector in Settings describes your operating context for compliance workflows. The production hosting region for the primary vault is EU Frankfurt regardless of that label.
